Hello, my name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Justanswer. Thank you for your question and I will assist you with your concern.

It is possible but not very likely, its more likely you have a problem with the signal to them from the PCM (computer) I would try swapping the know good firing cylinder coils with the ones showing bad and see if the misfire moves with them. If they do then that coils are bad. If they dont then your likely dealing with a signal issue from the PCM to the colis. Try swapping them out first and let see what you come up with and we can work from there.
