IF you have water intrusion into the engine, you should remove the Spark Plugs.
While they are removed, crank the engine to expel any water in the Intake & or Cylinders
Clean or replace the Spark Plugs & reinstall them
Then Start the Engine

Also it would be a good idea to replace the Air Filter, as water may have saturated that
