few minutes i see a ground on driver side near of ratiator I tight is losse the car is working better just the code P0171 come back make small missfire

Ok

This is a lean code and I see you have tried most things that cause it.

Check and make sure there isn't a crack in the exhaust manifold. This can cause the lean code because it's sucking air before the front O2 sensor.

If there isn't any exhaust leaks either a crack or a gasket issue there, then it could be as simple as the front O2 sensor reading wrong. This will cause the computer to make a lean fuel mixture and then you will get the code.
