JA: Has the vehicle turned into a gas hog? And how does it start -- same as usual?
Customer: SORRY IT IS ON A 6.6 DURAMAX DIESEL

It is a suction system, there is 2 parts to your pump and one pulls fuel from the tank. because of this the soft parts of the lines can collapse, check the lines near the brake booster at the back of the driver side head and make sure your fuel line isn't collapsed right there.
