2003 Silverado Duramaz HD2500. Mirror adjustment inop. Driver information center controls intermittent and change languages and setting on its own. Driver seat heater inop. Any common control module involved? Could faulty body control module affect all three?

the faulty BCM will cause this issue. Have you scanned the vehicles for any body codes?
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
No, I have not. Guess I will do that next. I am not familiar with body codes. Will they show up if I hook up my OBD2 code reader, or is it a dealer only kind of deal?
Expert:  Tom replied 4 months ago.
You would need a tech2 dealers scanner for body codes unfortunately alot of local shops have these just not the dealers. So that can save you money alot of times they will scan it for free and tell you the codes. Sounds like a faulty BCM to me. These are the next steps. Hoped this helped. Please rate excellent service so I can get credit for my help thanks. Bonuses greatly appreciated.
