Hi, I'm Chad ,Welcome To JustAnswer, I'm reviewing your question and I will be be posting a replay ASAP

what is the mileage?

is the transmission acting up now ?

you are definitely low on fluid , we need to be at the warm mark on the trans fluid when warmed up ?

they usually use cheap gaskets , if they did a filter & gasket and they did not torque the transmission pan bolts & in the right sequence it will leak.

it should be an easy fix , 1 hour job , filter kit around $30 + fluid .

Please let me know

Thank You

it's not leaking from the pan it's blowing it out the breather tube the little sponge gets saterated and then it drips on to the exhaust pipe
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
milage is about 228000 kms
Expert:  Chad Farhat replied 11 months ago.

if you blowing out the tube and no leaks , it is building pressure internally ,

so when you checked and it was a the cold mark it lost the fluid from blowing it out the tube correct ?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
correct, it's going out the breather tube
Expert:  Chad Farhat replied 11 months ago.

when that happens , it is building pressure internally , is this original transmission ?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
not sure ,bought truck used about 3 years ago had no problems before this
Expert:  Chad Farhat replied 11 months ago.

if you know a good transmission shop with a capable scanner, they can actually run test for pump, line pressure and clutch volume index , and tell you if the internal is bad

like a GM TEch II scanner or equivalent .
