Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are quite a few things that could be causing your problem and it's going to take some electrical testing to determine exactly what is causing the issue. You may have a power distribution issue, wiring; I suspect that the powertrain control module isn't awake.

Have you checked fuses?

Does the fuel pump run when the key is turned on?
Does the PCM communicate with a scan tool?
