The Lock light came on the dash, and the truck will not start. 2009 Silverado
JA: Does the engine turn over? How old is the battery?

I checked the poles on the starter, and I think the starter is still good, because power is still there?! It won't turn over

Ok to be sure you have B+ on starter battery wire and voltage on ignition signal wire when ignition key is turned to start correct?
