sorry for the delay............
Greetings...... “Hi, I’m Don (akaCustomer and I look forward to helping you!”

PassLock or AntiTheft would not result in A/C not working........PassLock or AntiTheft would only keep the Engine from running, as it shuts off the Fuel Pump & / or Starter.
IF everything worked prior to this issue, do this:
Close Hood & ALL Doors
Leave vehicle "UNDISTURBED" for at least 15 minutes
Unlock Vehicle with Remote
Try Starting, while observing the Security Light
IF the Security Light stays ON, then you have an issue with the Transponder & / or PassLock System & use of GM Dealer Scan Tool is needed to Test & Program
apprx 1 hour labor

Ok ill give that a try, when i start it, it flashes anti theft deterrent system on the dash and then proceeds to tell me to service, air bags tire monitoring and more or less all the electronics things, also none of my gauges work

Thank you for the added info.......

Be sure the Battery is "fully charged"......You need "amps"....voltage check will not be accurate, as a Battery can read 12 Volts, but not have enough Amps to start......
IF you are not sure, jumper or charge the Battery
This can also be a BCM issue, as the BCM controls the PassLock.......

let me know what you find

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
I don't think it's a voltage issue as its starts without hesitation
Expert:  Don 'Mo Lurch' replied 10 months ago.

that would be correct......was not sure it started.......
This sounds like either a "Communication failure" or the BCM, as the BCM commands a number of components ON & OFF, including the ones you posted
Which needs to be tested via GM Dealer Scan Tool
