2010 Chevy Silverado just had transmission replaced, now

2010 Chevy Silverado just had transmission replaced, now P0308 with a knocking noise coming from under engine, truck runs good, no fluid on ground after being drove 3o miles & parked 2-5 hrs, oil dont smell or look dark, just had changed as well

Hello, my name is***** you for the question. If the noise and code came up right after the transmission was replaced then the flywheel bolts may not be properly tightened. This will cause noise, and vibration at the crankshaft which will also cause misfire codes. This should be checked first. If that is not the issue then it may be in the variable displacement system. It is common for a lifter to fail or for the oil control body to fail suddenly and cause this. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you need more help.
