2003 Chevy: I have a 2003 chevy 3500 with a 6.6 lb7 duramax

Customer Question

I have a 2003 chevy 3500 with a 6.6 lb7 duramax 67,000 miles. Lost an injector had towed to dealership and all 8 injectors Replaced with updated injectors. Then was told high pressure fuel pump not putting out correct pressure. So had that replaced. Still problems said that 2 of new injectors had low return rates so they replaced them and a fuel line or vacuum line not sure.then not sure why but told they replaced all 8 injectors again.
Now they say test drive went good for 17miles and a pond returning to the shop ran rough so they checked computer and found it had misfires on a few cylinders.
Any ideas on whats up?

ok..from the way you explain the problem it sounds as if you may need to replace the wire harness to the injectors, the wiire harness on this year model was known to go bad.i dont think the problem is the injectors themselves.thanks
