We can start it by poring a bit of gas in the carb. It will start after much effort. Normaly will run for a few minutes and up to 10 mintes and then die.

It sounds to me as though the fuel pump is supplying gas.

New fuel pump. We have removed it just before the carb and turn the key and it pumps gas. I have a clear filter on it and when i attach ot back to carb it appears that it is not flowing through filter.
