I have 2005 Chevrolet Suburban and the rear passenger doors

Customer Question

I have 2005 Chevrolet Suburban and the rear passenger doors and back hatch will not open using key FOB
JA: Thanks. Can you give me any more details about your issue?
Customer: We can unlock the front doors using the key FOB, when you click the FOB the second time to unlock the rear and hatch you can hear it but it does not unlock the doors
JA: OK got it. Last thing — Chevy Mechanics generally expect a deposit of about $18 to help with your type of question (you only pay if satisfied). Now I'm going to take you to a page to place a secure deposit with JustAnswer. Don't worry, this chat is saved. After that, we will finish helping you.

There are "3" Relays, located in the Driver side Fuse Panel on the end of the Dash
1 = Driver Unlock, 1 = All Unlock & 1 = All Lock
Click Attachment below
Please remove the 2 Relays I have marked & switch them
Is there a difference when you Unlock with Remote?
