Ok, 99% you have a failed or failing passenger side blend door actuator, This is a small electric motor that control the temp for the passenger side, The problem? location, Due to where it is mounted on the HVAC case, a good bit of work is needed to change it, Book time is 3.8 hours, Lots of dash trim is removed to access, I cant send all the sub files as just not enough space in this type of format to do so, you could always get a subscription to Alldata for your car for one year, very little money and have access to everything repair wise we use in the shop. I have included a couple links, One shows the actuator etc and the other is showing what they mean by upper trim panel. Too bad they put where they did as the part is minimal.
