I have a 1993 Chevy pu. Fuel pressure is 15 psi. Is the pressure suppose to hold at that when the key is turned off?

Hello and thank you for your question,

Yes the fuel pressure should hold fairly steady and usually slowly bleed off over 30 to 40 Minutes. If your is bleeding off as soon as you turn the key off that usually means the fuel pump is failing. The fuel pump has a built in check valve that should allow the pressure to hold and if it not then the pump needs to be replaced.
