You most likely have a faulty door lock switch. If you have a scan tool you can check the tool for a lock status when it's acting up to see if the BCM (body control module) is receiving a lock signal from the switch.

If you don't have a scan tool you could disconnect the lock switch and see if the problem stops. If it does then the lock switch is probably faulty, but this isn't the most sure way to check it. The scan tool is more definite.
