Customer Question

I own a 2009 chevrolet CR8, 6.2 manual. I have been having problems with the clutch, the higher gears 4th, 5th & 6th when revved and gear changes tried. The clutch pedal does not return. I believe this is a known problem for the transmission, the slave cylinder in the bell housing is just not upto the job. My question is will a LS7 clutch fit my LS3 transmission?.

Hi Bill,

Yes, you can fit a LS7 package in place of the stock LS3 components.

I would also replace the fluid line with a -3 AN braided line.
