I have a P0054 code on my 2009 HHR LT, what do I do to

Customer Question

I have a P0054 code on my 2009 HHR LT, what do I do to repair my car?
JA: Sometimes things that you think will be really complicated end up being easy to fix with a Chevy. The Chevy Mechanic I'm going to connect you with knows all the tricks and shortcuts. Tell me a bit more about what's going on so he can help you best.
Customer: The car runs fine. I have codes P0054 and P0036 on my OBDII.
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself?
Customer: Oh yeah I am a POOR old retiree.
JA: Great! What have you tried so far?
Customer: typing the code to google and they said to "bug" you guys.
JA: Is there anything else the Chevy Mechanic should be aware of about your Chevy?
Customer: IT is a grayish color and runs fine. It is an automatic.
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer where you can place your fully refundable $5 deposit (plus $13 after the Chevy Mechanic responds). While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Chevy Mechanic about your situation and connect you two.
