Hello, Eddie here and I will do my best to help. out under the hood, you have a LR PARK fuse and a RR PARK fuse,

Have you checked them for voltage with the parking lights on yet? If so, do they have voltage on them?

Here is a diagram of the under hood fuse box. the LR and RR fuses are both 10 amp. check them for voltage, if you don't have voltage on them with the parking lamps on, swap the PARK LP relay beside those fuses with the STARTER relay (I believe they are the same relay)

And see if it works then. I believe you will find your problem by checking those two areas there. Let me know what happens. Thank you.
