I have a 1996 chevy silverado half ton two wheel drive 5.7 and I get codes P1351 and P1361 can you help me on what the problem is it starts and runs fine but going down the highway at 70 mph it is jerky or i guess you would say hestiates but it seems to get worse as the engine gets warmer

have you checked the fuel pressure?

both codes point to a bad connection at the vcm or the icm and or a failed vcm (vehicle control module)

but i recommend checking the fuel pressure and also the ground strap from the passenger rear of the cylinder head.
