I checked fuse #70 climate control blower and it appears ok.

They have a common problem where the connector to the blower resistor and the resistor will melt, causing a bad connection. Check the connector to the resistor and see what it looks like.

Connectors are all clean. No discoloration.

Try tapping on blower motor while system is on to see if blower starts spinning.

How is the blower motor removed

It just twists out after you pull down the retaining tab.

Try tapping on blower motor while system is on to see if blower starts spinning.
