Hello, my name is***** for the question. Typically this is an issue with the crank position sensor. It may be a bad sensor or it just needs to go through the relearn procedure. This needs to be done with a computer scan tool. I would have the relearn done first before replacing the sensor. If a new sensor is installed then it will need to go through the relearn anyway. I hope this helps. Let me know if you need more information.
