Customer Question

I have a 1998 Fleetwood Flair Motorhome on P30 chassis. Chevy 7.4 engine.
After it warms up it sometimes stalls when I stop. It starts right up and goes good then cuts out sometimes but does not stall.
Have changed fuel filter, put in Seafoam, ran a new tank of fuel, cleaned mass airflow sensor.

I bought it last fall. It had been sitting for a unknown amount of time. I didn't notice it on the trip home. I have put a few hundred miles on it now.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Ok , so this sounds like the throttle body needs cleaning.....do you know how to do this ?

Expert:  Joe Barfield replied 1 year ago.

Seems like the Butterflies are dirty & the fuel is going in to raw & not a vapor

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I forgot that I did clean the throttle body first thing. There is no open gap to the butterfly. Also cleaned the EGR
