I'm sorry about the phone call, but I'm a retired Master Technician currently living in the Dominican Republic; depending on where you are, a phone call could be very expensive. I can either continue helping you through this chat or opt out and leave the question open for other experts to answer. What do you want to do?

Please help online.
Expert:  Juan Crespo replied 11 months ago.

OK. First thing you need to do is to cancel the request for a phone call. We can take it from there.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
How do I do that?
Expert:  Juan Crespo replied 11 months ago.

You can cancel this question, then open a new one of the same value requesting me, Juan Crespo, as the expert you'd like to answer your question.
