HI there, I am Cam. Can I get your first name please?

With your truck, can you tell me if you have anything aftermarket installed like a remote starter ore security system? Aftermarket radio?

Other than the battery going dead, what has been happening recently to this truck?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
new alternator installed, truck has a factory security system, aftermarket radio. truck no problems, all gauges, working truck was working well.

Ok, did you go back and check the ground cable that runs from the battery to the frame?

I suspect that you have a ground issue, if you can, check that cable. Also try running a cable from the battery negative to the frame and see if those items start working again.
