My 2010 Silverado 1500 4x4 crew cab makes a clunk noise when I make a sharp turn. Don't know it this has anything to do with it but it started after I got new tires.

have you checked the lug nuts?? maybe the shop left some loose?

I would check the frt end..may have a loose steering component or wheel bearing id start there
