Hi there, I am Cam. Can I get your first name please?

The Body Control Module (BCM) is in control of the security system, and to operate properly it must have the vin of your truck installed or programmed into it. This cannot be done without a scanner. The Gm tech 2, and other similar tools can do this programming.

Once that is done, you can then perform the theft relearn listed below to relearn the security sensor to the truck so it will run.
