Ok, so this may be a fuse or the ignition switch.

Check the IGN A fuse 40 amp in the underhood fuse block. If that is good. Then lets check the ignition switch. Pop the tilt lever out and take the lower trim of the column off. With your multimeter set to DC volts, place the red lead on the red wire. With the switch turned on, test the other leads with the black wire. Record the reading and let me know what those are. Repeat the test on the red/white wire. Let me know the results.

OK, take the trim off and find the large wires of the ignition switch in the lower right side of the column and wiggles it with some force. See if that returns function.
