My 94 Chevy 5.7L wont start when cold Below around 35

Customer Question

my 94 Chevy 5.7L wont start when cold Below around 35 degrees. I can spray starter fluid and starts OK, but runs rough. I am suspecting Air Temp Sensor or MAT sensor, but am not sure how to replace/test them
