Hello, I believe I can help you, but please tell me what is the sander you are installing? And in the brake light are you needing a 12 volt signal that is B+ when the brake is applied? And the keyed circuit, do you know the amperage of the device your attachig?

You dont have a brake switch, instead a brake pedal position sensor and it is a variable resistor, to get you the 12 volts looking at the circuit, the output from the stop lamp relay, or the wire at the rear junction block should suit your needs.

In the left side of engine compartment underhood fuse block you should see a violet wire with white stripe breaking out from box the fuse will be Misc Ign fuse this should take care of you.
