hi there, I am Cam. What is your VIN? Also do you have a plug installed in the AUX on the radio side?

I had a flash drive in there for months but I removed it as a part of my troubleshooting

Do the AUX jacks work if you use the cable or the flash drive?

OK so looking for bulletins I see none. So if there is nothing caught in the jack/port, no debris or its is not wet, then we are looking at possibly a radio issue. What I suggest is you remove the radio and unplug the USB cable from the back. The trim around pops off then you remove the screws of the heater head and such below it to get it out. Then unplug the USB and see if the issue remains. IF so then it’s the radio, if not then it’s the cable.
