How do you know the battery and starter are good?

What engine is in this?

Is this an auto or manual trans?

Is it 2wd or 4wd?

Have you checked the starter relay, if equipped?

If this is an automatic, try holding the key on start and move the shifter all the way from park to low and back and forth and see if the starter works now.
