my side mirrors on my 2011 traverse quite working. I replaced the armrest switch, still doesn't work. the fuse for side mirrors is inaccessible. any ideas?

Hello, do you have a volt meter handy so we can test a few things? Also how is the fuse not accessible? If you could post a picture that would be really helpful.

I have a volt meter. the new switch isn't the problem. the fuse panel is up under the passenger side of the dash so far that I'm afraid that if I got the side mirror fuse out and it was blown, that I would never be able to get a new one back in.would taking the dash apart help? maybe I could unscrew the fuse panel and drop it down far enough to get to the fuse? any ideas on how other Traverse owners replace their fuses?
