Hello my name is ***** ***** I can help.

What version#or part# ***** you putting in?

Here is the GM NAV disc website gmnavdisc.com

Try unhooking both battery cables and touching them together. This will reset the system.

Please get back with me.

Thank you

I will try that. Right now the radio works but the nav screen is asking for the next disk, which it will not accept.

Did that ( unhooked battery and touched them together) no change. I have included a image of what the screen says.

What is the part # ***** the disc?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Disk 1 which installed correctly- ( now it is now asking for again... after it ask for disk 2 ) , it will not take either disk now.Part # *****
Expert:  GM Bob replied 1 year ago.

Where did you buy the disc from?

When you ordered it did you give your VIN# ***** get activation code?

Also can you give me your VIN# ***** see if there is a radio program update

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I ordered it from the nav website. I received a activation code which it accepted. It installed the first disk fine and I inserted the second at that time I had to start my truck. The instructions said it would continue where it left off. That is when it got stuck in this loop. I need to reset the nav system and start again. Any ideas on how to do that?
Expert:  GM Bob replied 1 year ago.

I need your VIN# ***** check the radio programming.

Some time you need to update the radio before updating the NAV
