Also which engine we are working with

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I am working with the 5.7 liter I have tested the fuel pressure it stands at 65 psi. the fuel filter has been changed for the second time along with the fuel pump the fuel gauge was repaired due to a bad ground we have sufficient spark fuel pressure and air flow all of the o2 sensors are new due to the previous codes in the comp. so after all of that being done I attempted to start the truck no start second diag. check pressure and power to

have you checked for codes?

possible crank sensor?

possible fouled plugs?

Expert:  Greg Jensen replied 1 year ago.

Have you tried spraying anything into the intake to see if it fires up?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
sending unit along with all sensor checks spark wires plugs and power distribution parts found several wiring repairs to fix and did so as needed truck still will not start

Well if you are measuring 65 psi at the test port on the fuel rail then fuel pressure likely isnt the issue.

note : The truck did start for a minute and then quit and has not been able to start since.

lets go back to try spraying carb type cleaner or such into the intake and see if it starts. I am trying to help figure out if we have a injector type issue or something else it takes 60 psi to start this engine bu tif the injectors are firing for some reason then we know where to start. also If you have a test light you can disconnect an injector put the test light in place of the injector and crank the engine, it should flash. as your turning over the engine.

like I pointed out too this could be a crank sensor issue.

Expert:  Greg Jensen replied 1 year ago.

have you removed the dist cap? you could have weak spark or incorrect spark due to it jumping those dist caps get very corroded at times and cause strange drivability issues.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
replaced crank sensor and cam sensor and have already have done full injector
Expert:  Greg Jensen replied 1 year ago.

and no current codes?
