Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I do have access to a multimeter
Nothing has been so to fix this issue yet
Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.

lets start by cutting our problem in 1/2

when it will NOT start while your fingers are on the relay called CRANK in the under hood fuse box while someone holds the key to crank do you feel that relay click with your fingers when it will not start ?

also have someone hold the key to crank position if you wiggle the relay when the key is held to crank will it crank over or tapping the under hood fuse will it crank ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
We did try that but the car does not turn on
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
that is the crank relay right
Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.

did you feel the relay click with your fingers ?

yes the relay called crank in the underhood fuse box

see if you feel it click when trying to crank it over

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Give me a few minuets
Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hi gary
We tried with ignition key all the way as if we are turning car on
I don't feel any clicking by relay box at all
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I tried to wiggle relay and still nothing
Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.

ok lets see if another expert has seen this before

hang on another expert will replay back to you

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hey Gary now that I do the test again
I do hear the clicking on the relay
Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.

do you feel it click with your fingers while someone holds the key to crank ?

if so see at the starter is the purple wire shows 12 volts at it when the key is held to crank position

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Is the starter easy to access ?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I do feel the relay click
I check dc voltage at coil and is 12.3
And when we crank it the switch reads 9
Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.

yes under the front of the engine you can access it

see if the purple shows 12 volts at it when holding the key to crank

Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.

how are you making out ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Okay finally today
I was able to access starter
When I have ignition on crank I check purple wire at starter motor and I have no voltage. What else can I check ?
Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.

if you do feel the relay click and NO volts at the purple wire make sure the wires under the fuse box look good and if they do replace the relay and before you put in the new one with something small like a dentist pick tweak over the female terminals in the box so the centers of them are just about closed off so you know hen you put in the new relay all the terminals will make a good connection and then see if it will act up again

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
My mechanic said he took fuse box off and checked all wires . All fuses are good and relay. My mechanic is stating the anti theft is the issue. What do you think ?
Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.

the anti theft if activated will only stop the fuel injectors and the engine should still physically crank over

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Do you think it could be one of my main modules ?
Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.

it could be

you need to feel if that relay clicks if it does not they need to connect a scan tool and see if the computer is seeing the vehicle in park and if it is monitor the BCM data and see if the BCM is getting a crank request from the ignition switch when the key is held to crank

Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.

how are you making out ?
