Customer Question

I have a B0036 srs code on my 2003 chevy s10 ZR2. My question, from your experience is it typically a connection issue or is it the sensor that goes bad?

Hello, my name is***** is almost always caused by the front left sensor. Check the wiring for both front discriminating sensors. Check connections at both sensors. Check resistance of the two wire sensor. 1050 ohms maximum allowable, if out of range replace. Let me know if you have more questions or if there is anything else I can do to help. Thanks.
