Hello, my name is***** code sets when ECM detected that the actual FRP was less than 0 MPa (0 psi) and is usually caused by a failed regulator. Here are testing instructions, let me know if there is anything else I can do to help. Thanks

I replaced the Fuel pressure regulator,Low fuel pressure sensor, and the fuel filter
Expert:  Dan replied 1 year ago.

There are two regulators, which one did you replace?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The FPR 1 the one on the pump i dont have anyway to check the actual or the desired fuel pressure
Expert:  Dan replied 1 year ago.

I'd replace regulator 2 at this point which is more common and about the last thing possible on the list at this point. Let me know how it goes or if you have more questions. Thanks.

Do you have to remove the rail to replace sensor or can it be removed without taking the rail out
Expert:  Dan replied 1 year ago.

It can be removed without taking the rail out.
