A while back I had some electrical issues and took my 2003

a while back I had some electrical issues
and took my 2003 chevy trailblazer in
they kept coming up with things to repair
everything as working wellwhen I took it in except for the ignition switch.
the last straw was my 4x4 was not working I decided these guys messed it up sme how it was working befor I went in. so If someone was to disable the 4x4 where would I look?
