02 g3500 5.7 No start no fuel pump Jumped connection 30-87

Customer Question

Hello,
02 g3500 5.7
No start no fuel pump
Jumped connection 30-87 on a fuel pump relay, getting some voltage with the connection off at the fuel pump end. But when the key is cycled with the relay in place I get no voltage voltage at pump. No power to the fuel relay! This has only 42,000mi LoL

can you pull out the relay and with the key OFF one terminal should have 12 volts all the time then when you crank the engine over will ANOTHER terminal show 12 volts when cranking it over ?

in the under hood fuse box is the fuse called ECMB a 20 amp fuse blown ? if it is not with the key ON does that fuse show 12 volts at both sides of it testing it in place through the little openings in the tops of that fuse ?
