2000 chevy blazer. No spark out of coil, got 12 volts to the coil, replace the ignition control module. Still no spark

does the pink wire at the ICM and the crank sensor show 12 volts with the key ON ?

if both show 12 volts with the key ON then can you connect a test light with the test light clip connected to battery 12 volts and unplug the ignition coil electrical connector and touch the test light to the white/black wire terminal in the connector and crank it over will the test light bulb blink ?
