Hello and thanks for using just answer.

Could you tell me if you have replaced the fuel filter as well.

Usually when the fuel pump goes bad it will send bits and pieces of itself into the fuel filter and cause a clog so that fuel can't get to the engine.

no did not change filter

I would recommend changing the filter. I am willing to bet that the old filter is causing the low fuel flow. Change that with a new one and you'll be off to the races.
