Customer Question

I need the vacuum line diagram for a 1989 Chevy s10 blazer. The diagram on the radiator cover shows DNX but it's really bad shape. Also, it doesn't show all of the vacuum lines.

Here are all the vacuum diagrams but I don't see no DNX.

Mike,
The problem is that the "DNX" is the one I need. None of the diagrams you supplied, which I can just as easily find on the Autozone web site, match my vehicle. I realize that California often has several different options for any given model year, but I need the right one. My vehicle has hoses and components not shown on the diagrams you supplied.

I don't know what to say, that is all of the vacuum diagrams.

Do you know what series a s10 blazer is? Also, is it auto or manual trans and high altitude, California?

Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 year ago.

I know it's not a C or K series. It has to be either a series G or M.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hi Mike,
It's an automatic transmission, California, not high altitude. Don't know how to determine what series it is. That should come from the VIN number.
Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 year ago.

Mitchell says if it's a series M and California, auto trans then the diagram is figure 1.

If it's series G and High Altitude and manual tranny, it's figure 1 also.

Series G and high altitude and auto tranny, it's figure 1, too.

Same as if series M, California and manual, figure 1. All of them are figure 1.

Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 year ago.

No, that's wrong, all of them just point to figure 1. Must be something wrong with that site.

Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 year ago.

Then I don't know.
