Changed speed sensor on 1995 silverado transfer case and #18 fuse still no speedometer any ideas?

Why do you assume the sensor is on the transfer case and not the transmission?

Yeah, you are correct. Chilton said it was on the transmission but autozone confirmed it was on the transfer case.
Now, lets test the vss.

I don't know. I also seen that earlier. I would assume there is only one, so if there is one on the transfer case then there isn't one behind the dash.
