I am sorry for the long wait

is the front blower motor not working at all ?

this is an automatic front duel zone heater ac controller in this truck ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I can hear the ac but nothing is coming out of the vents in the front of the vehicle.
Yes it has an automatic front dual zone controller in the truck. I have the Suburban Z71 model.

ok but to be sure no matter what setting you set the blower motor control too the blower in the front will not move any air ?

thank you for that information

this issue should come down to one of 3 things causing this issue

1 ) a bad blower motor

2 ) a bad blower motor control module ( located next to the blower motor sometimes called the blower resistor )

3 ) the electrical connector at the blower motor control module melting and causing a bad connection to the control module

is this something you are planning on fixing yourself ? or looking for a good idea bafore it goes into the shop ?

do you have a multi meter on hand ? do you know where the blower motor is located and the blower control module is under the passenger side of the dash on the bottom of the heater box ?
