Hello. Welcome to the site. Thanks for coming.

I'm ***** *****.
I'm here to provide as much information and insight as I can, to best answer your question.

What is your VIN# ***** I can check to see if there are any bulletins? How many miles on the truck?

Did you check for any codes?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
1GCCS339X88183312 It has 83010 miles and has been in service at Phil Wright Chevrolet but no codes were stored and it didn't act up on them. Last night when I pulled up to a stop sign, it just died. It started right back up went a few miles down the road and was easing into a parking spot and it died again.

It does not die when you are giving it gas just at low speed or rpms. No check engine light comes on.

What have they done to it when they had it?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Timing chain Remove and replace, Variable valve timing solenoid(remove and replace), exhaust cam shaft sensor. 2nd repair was: Engine valve cover gasket and intake gasket. Lots of money poured in, still have problem. I am no mechanic, but it seems fuel related to me.

Check to see if the throttle body has been cleaned.
Was it doing this before all this work was done?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Throttle body cleaning at dealership did not help....I just don't get it and neither does the dealership .
