I have a 1955 Chevy with a 454 in it. I'm trying to figure out what year it is these are the numbers I found on the engine block. P03021-396 NVS also 03-08-0603. I would appreciate any kind of help.

on the passenger side front of the block near the top of the timing cover area what is the stamp numbers there ?

engine ID as seen in this picture

also it would help if you could get the block casting numbers to the back drivers side of the block

The only thing I see is the letter CQEF
