good morning my name is ***** ***** I will assist
chck the voltage at the battery while the engine is running. 12.8 is good with the engine off. you need 14 to 14.5 volts when running
jumping another car is never a good ides. that little spark that happens when you hook up the jumper cables is a voltage surge that all modules do not like and can cause failure of these modules. in your case, I think the body control module or bcm may have or is starting to fail from this voltage surge.
check the voltage at the battery first with the motor running.
ok, is the security light on?? flashing???
ok, try this.
do you have a yellow security light or key light on the dash???
if you do, try this
turn the key to start and return to the on position. let it sit for 10 minutes, then do it a second time, 10 minutes and do it a third time. thats when the module will learn the password ***** it hopefully will start. if not then you damaged one of the modules from jump starting.
ok, lets back up.
does the check engine light come on with key on engine off??
I got a diagram for you to review.
I am sorry, thats the only way I can send it. I will re send it.
you need to do the checks to see if you have sufficient voltage for the system to start.
check the starter relay under the hood for voltage
