My name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.
Inspect the wiring leading to the relay and the fuse and see if there is any wiring damage or loose or poor fit terminals causing this issue here.If a fault is found with any of these it will need repaired to correct this fault.
Thanks Pete

this has a BAFL computer with standard shift, removed water pump, plugs, spark plug wiring, distributer removed coil and cleaned, replaced distributer, spark plug wires, plugs, replaced fuel filter arrow pointed to fuel rails. security light active when trying to start still cranked then stopped cranking, by pass starting relay, engine cranks, computer chip in main computer by passing VATS system from PCM of NC. replaced fuel pump relay on passenger side of dash. found plug for relay on drivers side right of steering callum no relay. car was running on 6 cylinders before working on it, found distributer very rusted inside. havent found brown wire with plug for fuel pump on this engine harness ether the web talks about putting 12 volts to wire to run fuel pump

If the vehicle ran before this work was done have you double checked to see if anything electrical was bumped loose or damaged in any way causing this fault here when the repairs were done?
