rear brake lamps & HMBL flash when brake is applied. turn signals do not work. back up lights do not work.
both turn signals full on at dash panel when brakes applied

Use a test light, and let's pick one circuit and just figure out what's going on. You're either losing power or ground at the stop light connector... let's get back there and see. With the brakes applied, the light blue wire should have power, and the black wire should go to ground. Colors are the same for either side, but I'd be at the left rear lamp for convenience. See which of those is missing.
